Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness. As a first-time home buyer, I read up on everything and did my homework, but knowledge and practice are two separate things. Margaret helped me find the small make-or-break areas in homes that an inexperienced person such as myself wouldn’t so easily recognize. She didn’t recommend homes she didn’t see me living in and as someone who works anywhere from 9-11 hours a day, she was very flexible with booking showing times and meeting me at weird or late hours.
